Every Genius Bar is staffed by members of the AI Guildhall — specifically, AI Amplifiers who have graduated from a C4AIL programme and earned their place through demonstrated capability.
This is the flywheel in action. The Genius Bar creates curiosity. Curiosity leads to programmes. Programmes produce graduates. Graduates staff the Genius Bar — giving back and creating the next wave of participants.
